Stepper Motors With Gearbox

Ratio is output torque on gearbox shaft @ output torque from motor. For example, 5:1 increases torque by a factor of 5 and reduces speed by a factor of 5.
A spur gear has an offset output shaft from centre, whereas the planetary gear output has a centred output shaft.
